iPhone Screens, 2011-02-02

UPDATE: this was originally taken on January 28, 2011; reuploaded with another, admittedly tiny, update to the Bible app icon (praise God!).

My iPhone lock screen and home screen as of January 28, 2011 February 2, 2011.

I actually got sick of the previous wallpaper pretty quickly. I like it, but I wanted something different, at least for my iPhone. So I took an hour last weekend to make this. The colors were a doozy to get right (I had to flip some layers here and there to get a nice distribution and contrast), but I think they look good as they are. In fact, I'd say the Messages and Phone icons look right at home in that green region down there! It kind of highlights them in order to remind me that they make up two of the basic functions of my iPhone: a text-messaging and phone-calling device.

As for app icon changes, well, out with Weet and Kik, and in with iReddit. The Bible app icon has also (finally) changed, but I prefer the previous icon...
